Preparation of forms and templates such as question and answer documents and pricing models used by organisations which submitted tenders for this multi-billion dollar project. Lead the financial assessment team through pricing reviews and risk assessments through to the making of recommendations to the Tender Procurement Committee to select a preferred tenderer. |
Workforce Planning
Developed a workforce planning system for a major Melbourne water retailer to assist the organisation more accurately and methodically forecast and analyse its daily call centre workforce requirements to improve resource utilisation. |
Cost Capture Budgeting
On behalf of the Victorian Department of Environment and Primary Industries, undertook a detailed review and developed a budget program including the build of an asset management model to enhance capability of the Government Department to more accurately forecast the costs of performing planned burning to facilitate better decision making and resource allocation. |
Office Accommodation Options
Advised a large Federal Government organisation which was considering its’ future office accommodation options, with a view to rationalising requirements in south eastern Australia. The project included an examination of costs of different alternatives, workforce requirements, land use assessment and presentation of findings to the project committee. |
Investment Analysis
Performed a detailed assessment for a large business which was considering an investment in a fleet of new of buses to service the growing needs of one of its’ large transport clients. Assessment focused on all operating costs, demand forecasts, risk assessment and ‘what if’ scenarios which allowed the business to make an informed decision whether to proceed with the investment or not. |
Annual Budgeting
Management of the entire annual budgeting process of an Australian subsidiary organisation ($500m+ annual turnover) including the preparation of budget tools, templates, benchmarking and reporting to the international parent company. |
Banking
Performed a tender readiness assessment for one of Australia’s top 4 banks of its capacity and capability to fulfil the anticipated requirements of State Government banking services tenders. The project included a review of products, services and internal tender preparation and coordination processes. |
Prizemoney System
Designed and built a new prizemoney system for an international tennis organisation to use in the management of all Australian satellite and challenger tennis tournaments. The new system enabled transaction by transaction recording and facilitated a seamless integration to the financial reporting system. |

Leading Finance & Commercial teams to prepare tender documents, integrated financial projection models as well as risk and sensitivity analysis to support the pricing proposals of transport companies which have tendered to State Governments for the operating contracts of large public transport networks in Australia.
